Dehydrating Tip!

Use Plastic Canvas & cut to fit your dehydrator machine trays! You can find the plastic canvas sheets in your craft store.

The plastic canvas is perfect for dehydrating the smaller food pieces, like your green onions!

This is all that's left, from my last year's dehydrated Spring & Summer bounty!

Neon Deviled Eggs!

While the neon egg white halves were drying, they looked like plastic eggs!

The recipe is super simple! Just lay the sliced egg white halves in bowls of cold water for about 5 minutes, with several drops of food coloring (I used neon) & 1 tsp of vinegar until you achieve the color you want. Scoop them out to dry on paper towels, then fill with your favorite deviled egg recipe...I put a dash of tabasco and wisticher sauce in mine! Enjoy! Happy Easter!
